TUITION

Dance payments can be paid with check, cash, or Venmo and are due the 1st of each month - all classes are due at this time if your child is enrolled in multiple classes. NO REFUNDS. A late fee of $5.00 will be added to your monthly tuition if it becomes exceptionally late and is not paid by the 10th of the month. There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. Please pay on time!

Please keep in mind that dance tuition is a MONTHLY FEE. You are not paying "per class" but for the place in the dance class.

ADS has the right to refuse dance classes to any student whose tuition is past due.

LESSON CANCELLATIONS

In the event that class would be cancelled due to weather, ADS will send out an e-mail and will make a post to our parents private Facebook page stating this decision. Decisions are usually made at least 2 hours before a class begins.

Students can make up for any lost class time by attending a class that is age-appropriate and similar in length!

ATTENDANCE AT ADS
Because of the amount of time and dedication that is put into each class and routines, if a dancer can no longer continue dancing at ADS, we ask that you please try to let us know AT LEAST two weeks in advance, especially if we have any recitals or performances approaching! We will need to fix the routines, change formations, and adjust any tricks or lifts. Please communicate with ADS! It is very much appreciated.
If a dancer is going to miss a class please let us know. Send Miss Ashley a quick e-mail or text.

MAIN STUDIO RULES | SHOES | CLASS ATTIRE

Students may bring a water bottle to class. Please make sure it's in a container with a lid. NO soda or juice is allowed in the dance studio.

DANCE SHOES MUST BE WORN IF THE CLASS REQUIRES A SHOE!
Jazz & Lyrical - jazz shoes
Hip Hop - clean indoor tennis shoe
Tumbling - bare feet
Drop off - you may drop off your child 5 minutes before a class begins.
Pick up - students should be picked up after class ends. We will call if a student isn't picked up about 5-10 minutes after class has ended. Please follow these drop off & pick-up rules.

We ask that parents drop off their child and pick them up when class is finished. We've noticed in the past that if the parents stay, the student is distracted and may run back and fourth to the parent. It becomes distracting to the instructors and other students. Our studio is also a little cozy, so we appreciate keeping the lobby open and clear. You are more than welcome to review feedback with me after class has ended, email me at ashleysdancestudio@yahoo.com, or even call or text me! We're also excited and happy to show you what they've been working on at our winter and year-end recitals!
NO JEANS OR JEAN SHORTS ARE ALLOWED AT DANCE & ACROCATICS.
Students should be dressed in comfortable stretchy clothing that is easy to dance and tumble in.
Class attire examples: leotards, crop/bra tops, tanks, t-shirts, leggings, shorts, bikers, etc.
No large earrings, necklaces, or bracelets allowed in class. Please leave jewelry at home.
ADS is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Leave valuables at home!

Be respectful to all our dance instructors, students, and the studio’s property and belongings.

STUDENTS - BE YOURSELF, SET SOME GOALS, CRUSH THEM, AND HAVE FUN!
